Charlotte's love for real estate started when she was 20 and purchased her first home to flip. She has lived in Rocklin, Sacramento, Granite Bay, Serrano in El Dorado Hills, Gold River and Fair Oaks. Living in so many suburbs and raising her children locally has provided Charlotte with an immense knowledge of the greater Sacramento area.

Charlotte is passionate about the areas she lives and works in. She volunteers in the neighborhood and at her children’s schools, chooses paper over plastic, carpools when she can, shops at farmer’s markets and supports small, local businesses.

Coming from a family with four children (she was 3rd out of 4), Mason was a born negotiator. She had to fight for what she wanted, especially with two brothers! Charlotte works hard to get the best deal possible for her clients while maintaining a win-win situation for both parties.
