My job  is to  facilitate a great transaction  for my clients.   My clients can expect  honesty  and hard work from me.  Before my career as a Realtor, I was the owner of a construction company  building spec homes in the Cave Creek, Carefree area in AZ.   I especially enjoyed the acquisition of land  with the intention of splitting the parcel and reselling.    I have many stories humorous and some gut wrenching deals on that type of  purchase.
