Charlotte Gray is a real estate agent who lives where she works in the High Sonoran Desert area of Cave Creek, Arizona. Charlotte loves to share the Cave Creek experience with visitors and newcomers to the area. Cave Creek offers an abundance of outdoor and indoor activities including hiking (Charlotte's favorite), horseback riding, mountain biking, bird watching and if one wants indoor entertainment there are casual to fine dining restaurants and many places to enjoy music and dancing. The experience Charlotte Gray shares living and raising a family in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area gives buyers and sellers the knowledge to make an educated decision on where they want to live in the valley of the sun. Charlotte's children attended both private and public schools and were active in sports and dance. Her knowledge of the area provides helpful information for families that are moving here or just changing the area they would like to live. At about the age of 9 Charlotte's family moved to the Phoenix area from Southern California. Although she has lived in Washington and New York for brief periods, she has always kept her home in the Phoenix metro area.
Charlotte's real estate career began about 8 years ago, prior to real estate she was a legal assistant and licensed investigator for a local firm in the Phoenix area. Her legal background provided the confidence and knowledge to pursue the education needed to assist buyers and sellers. Charlotte has numerous designations/certifications in real estate, the most beneficial ones are the CRS-Certified Residential Specialist, this designation has just 34,000 agents nationwide with only a small number of designees in the Phoenix area. In fact Charlotte is one of 9 in the Cave Creek area. Charlotte attended numerous workshops and passed testing to become a CRS. The CDPE-Certified Distress Property Expert is the other designation that is helpful in assisting buyers and sellers when buying a distressed property. Both the CRS and CDPE provide ongoing education and information. Other designations are SFR, MSSC and e-Pro.
In order to provide exceptional service Charlotte Gray is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Scottsdale Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and serves on the Board of Directors for a local condo association in the Cave Creek/Carefree area. Many real estate agents boasts specialities in the area where they work or types of buyers or sellers clients that they prefer working with. Living in the Phoenix area for 30+ years has given me the expertise to specialize in many areas or at the very least refer a buyer or seller to an agent that will give exceptional service in an area that I may not be as familiar with. I truly enjoy working with families, offering information that will assist them in making good choices when buying the "right home for them".
