After High School, I enlisted in the U.S. Army continuing giving my best throughout. Educated in Business Management, I am able to use this knowledge giving me a greater understanding and advantage over my competition. It takes more than listing a home on the local MLS to sell it. In a tough and competitive market, I have the edge, skills and professionalism it takes to get your home sold. I have received several awards and recognition by my Broker and peers on numerous occassions for my hard work and dedication.

I have chosen to broaden my area of expertise and reach out to help distressed home owners. "Home owners who are looking to avoid foreclosure". Unfortunately, some home owners can not afford the rising Mortgage on their homes today for numerous reasons. One of my specialties is called a "short sale". I deal directly with you the home owner and the lender to get the property sold with approval by the lender. Several Realtors feel that dealing with "stubborn Lenders" two-three times a week to several times a day, to be too aggravating and complicated. I am able to do this with ease and satisfaction knowing all of my efforts is helping someone. There is a lot of deals in Real Estate today with all the foreclosures on the market. My techniques help my listings stand out and to get shown quite frequently which brings buyers, and rescues the distressed Home Owner so They can move on and start over with minimal damage.
