What makes us different?
First, we use only premium contractors and pay them well. We don't operate on a fixed fee, flat fee or discounted fee service plan. Is it truly possible that if "xyz home warranty company" gets only "x" amount of dollars to repair a covered item, they can repair it within that dollar amount? We don't think so. We pay our contractors as if we were the homeowner so they get full price. This is truly the only way to go when providing excellent service to homeowners.
Next, we require a copy of the inspection report and repair receipts. If something is in need of repair we ask that this be negotiated between the buyer and seller or in some fashion be repaired with receipts provided to us. When a covered item show clean via the inspection report or repair receipts, your coverage is good to go!!
Additionally, our Texas Green package includes termites, limited roof leak coverage AND basic maintenance on your HVAC, water heater and refrigerator. Can your current company even provide this as an option? We're very proud to be able to offer this in the basic package to your clients!!
