I started in real estate in 1978. No, I'm NOT Old! I've been a Broker for the last 5 years. My hobbies are fishing, streetrodding and fishing... Did I mention - fishing?
When I'm not working at real estate, fishing, working on the streetrod (1938 Buick Special), I love to cook. As a matter of fact, I have a cookbook coming out the 1st week of August. Its called Chesapeake's Best Seafood Recipes. It consisits of 109 Pgs of seafood recipes, side dishes, entrees, appitizers, deserts, and drinks all associated with the Chesapeake Bay. I think I'm going to sell them ... probably ask $11.00. They are spiral bound and 6x9 in dimensions.

Certifications
I guess this an area where you brag about yourself. I'm not good at that type of stuff but i will say that I specialize in first time buyers, and waterfront properties. I treat everyone fairly... Just the way I would like to be treated.
No big hoopla about expertise. Good old fashioned values and hardwork always works for me.
