I specialize in facilitating residential property transactions and all that is involved. 

For sellers, my approach to marketing takes a step ahead of conventional real esate advertising.  By utilizing technology as well as all the other avenues available to me, my primary focus is to network with other top brokers in order to bring the best buyer possible for a property.  If there is a buyer out there that is perfect for your property, it is impossible for them not to come across an attractive advertisement for it during their search. 

For buyers, I am sure to be selective with whom I work because I understand that a serious buyer needs an agent that dedicates time to their need.  I am a certified buyer representative (CBR) which enables the buyer to hire me as their own personal agent, and therefore negotiate on my clients behalf.  I enjoy working with first time home buyers because the gratitude of helping people achieve their dreams is the reason why I do this.
