I have been in the Lending Industry since Sept of 2000. Before that, I was a marketing major in college then from there went to work for Craig Proctor (Remax legend) and learned a great deal about Realtor marketing. I don't visit Real Estate offices with useless rate sheets and things that are centered around me. Rather, my approach is centered around the Realtor and helping them with lead generation, pricing, home staging, FSBO campaigns, Expired campaigns, Farming strategies, building a bigger Sphere of Influence, making your Open House worthwhile, Email Marketing, Time Management, your Website, Niche marketing, and much more.
Working with me is like working with another Top Agent. I am very different from other loan officers. I have access to over 203 different marketing strategies and systems, and occasionally get called into Real Estate offices to speak on different topics. I have put an average of $25,000 per year back into some agents pockets.
