I come from a builder/subdivision development background and helped build out 4 subdivisions and 3 condo communities in Clearwater, Largo and Tampa FL. Since then, I've been a real estate agent, and my first 10 yrs of experience was specializing in the sale of gulf front condominiums in Clearwater FLorida. I sold out inland condo communities until mid 90's when at that time I jumped into general real estate learning and specializing in the sale of HUD and VA Foreclosures.  I moved to Greenville SC in 2006 and resumed my real estate career in the upstate and I'm now with Real Estate Market Place at Thornblade, in Greer SC
