Get to Know Chris Plant

Chris Plant of RE/MAX Professionals has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado since 1987.   He is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Living in the Denver Metro area for over 40 years (almost a native), Chris has an excellent understanding of the Colorado market and definitely knows his way around.

Chris has been with RE/MAX Professionals for over 14 years. Re/Max Pros is one of the top real estate firms in the state, and ranked one of the most productive in the country.

The success that Chris has experienced can be attributed to his desire to be the best, his aggressive marketing campaigns, and most importantly, dedication to his clients.  Chris feels that listening to people, communicating effectively and honesty are the foundations for a successful business relationship.  In each and every transaction, Chris is committed to delivering to his clients Maximum Profits with Minimum Stress.  He has earned a strong referral base because of this commitment.   Chris works hard to make the buying or selling process fun and enjoyable which is why Chris is able to sell nearly a home a week all year long.

Chris is on the Board of the Rocky Mountain MS Center. He sits on the development committee and is the chairman of the Rocky Mountain MS Center golf Classic which has raised over $125,000 for the Center in the last six years.

Chris has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University of Colorado.  He enjoys golf, travel, gardening and raising his daughters, Addy and Peyton, with his wife Susan.  Chris and his family live in the southwest area.

In the current economic times there is still opportunity to capitalize on fantastic real estate deals.  Investing in distressed homes is now a great way to earn extra income, or develop a strong portfolio of rental homes.

Home values were not hit near as hard in Denver, Littleton, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch and other parts of the area as they were in other parts of the country.  But, there are still deals to be found.

As a home seller, if your home shows the best (or close to it), and you are realistic about pricing, your home will sell.  You may not be setting new price records for your neighborhood, but you should do just fine.

As a buyer, patience and financial strength are king.  In a short time, the Denver market will turn and when it does, it will turn quick.  With interest rates as low as they've been in decades and a perception of softness in the real estate market, the time to buy is NOW!

Go to my website www.chrisplant.com and search the entire Denver MLS.  You can save the homes you are interested in and come back to them at any time.  Also, you can enter a very specific search and when homes come on the market that match that search, they will be emailed to you automatically.
