| Sent to the office manager: Dear Chuck, While it has been several days since my closing, I would be remiss without a comment on the service I received from Bruce Lyster. My wife and I met Bruce after cancelling the services of our first Realtor. Bruce presented himself as a true professional, concerned about our desires, and found a home that fit our needs. His integrity and honesty speak well of his Christian spirit and as we are Christians, the partnership actually grew into friendship.
