I am an Orlando native and UCF graduate. Before embarking on a career in real estate, I managed a service business for 18 years. My family has always been in development and real estate, so the transition was a natural fit. My approach is to offer each client concierge-level service and take them through each transaction step by step. I'm an excellent listener, and my clients' needs are my top priority. I partner with a family member, and our team covers every residential real estate need one may have. We welcome the opportunity to talk to you to see how we may be of service. | Well firstly I'm not the review writing type of guy but if anyone deserves a good review it's Christine. Christine was nothing short of impressive. She never faltered. We looked at a ton of homes together and lets just say I might not be the easiest client to work with, a lesser professional would have probably dropped me. The home I decide to buy had a few issues that worried me. Christine did not push or steer me in any direction but offered advice and help to alleviate my concerns. Quite frankly I was amazed at her responsiveness, seriously, first class. No I'm not her brother but once in a while someone needs some recognition for the job they do. I would highly recommend Christine to anyone in the market to buy a home, this lady is top shelf. |

| If you are looking for a hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable realtor in Central Florida, you MUST call the Bowens! We have personally used Dave to both sell a home and to buy a new home, and friends have used Christine to sell their home. Dave had an unending amount of patience with two very frustrating transactions. Our home sale was a short sale, and Dave truly went above and beyond to explain everything to us and to guide us through the process. When things started to go sideways, he immediately jumped in and did all he could to salvage the deal with the least amount of hassle to us. We truly couldn't have done it without him! When we were buying our new home a couple of years later, Dave took us to over forty houses, went through five offers, and one failed contract before we finally found the home of our dreams. None of this was his fault and was all a function of an extremely competitive market, and once again he guided us through every step of the process and even when we were ready to give up, he never stopped looking and provided recommendations. Christine has helped friends with their home sale, and they were thrilled as well. We recommend both Christine and Dave HIGHLY to anyone needing a realtor, to the point that I actually carry their business cards with me! |

| Christine was fantastic! She handled the sale of my mom's house from beginning to end. I was lucky to have her as my agent. The sale happened so quickly and ended up closing while I was out of town. Christine engineered it so that mom could sign the papers in the comfort of her assisted living facility so she could be comfortable. Christine ended up having to do the final clean up of the odds and ends in the garage since we weren't around. Knowing Christine was on top of everything allowed me to enjoy my time out of town and not worry about the house. She provided the guidance I needed before and after the sale. Thanks for a job well done! |
