| We were connected to Christine Lussa through a colleague and friend that convinced us that southwest Florida was really paradise. Chris was very patient with us as we did several packed full days of shopping. She paid close attention to our comments as we viewed many houses and each time came back with a pool of options that were a closer match to what we were looking for. We were not very familiar with the area or home styles in SW FL so we were not very clear on exactly what we wanted. After a couple of these marathon days we found the perfect house. She was there every step of the way through the searching, showing, negotiation, inspection, closing and probably most important helping us navigate the Florida real estate buying requirements. | We have been in our new Cape Coral home a little over a year now. Before finding what we really wanted we had a long and seemingly endless search of hundreds of available homes. Christine Lussa, our realtor, made this experience a pleasant one. She navigated us through all the twists and turns one would come up against during the search. Chris’ input gave us invaluable advice regarding location, taxes, upgrades, maintenance and more. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market and she was more than willing to share that knowledge with us. We were looking at a lot of properties before changing our search to waterfront homes, without hesitating Chris adjusted the search accordingly. We had specific requests which made it all the more difficult for Chris to help us find what we wanted. Chris spent a lot of time taking us out to view hundreds of homes. One of our biggest hurdles - we both worked so she would set up evening and weekend viewings. She was always accommodating and very considerate. Chris is sweet , patient , personable and always professional . We were lucky to have her. We then found a short sale property and made an offer, although the offer was accepted she explained to us that it could take months and still not be accepted by the Bank, so we continued looking at more properties. When nothing happened with the short sale Chris let the bank know the buyers were walking-that got their attention. A Bank supervisor got involved and within days the bank accepted our offer. I really think she went above and beyond to help us. Chris set us up with a great mortgage company and we ended up with a very good rate, and for this I would most definitely recommend her to anyone serious about buying property. During the course of our experience Chris made several closings with other clients. After our closing, Chris recommended the right people to do the upgrades we wanted. The jobs were done in a timely fashion and professional manner. We couldn’t be happier. Just as we were thinking all the difficulties were over we received al letter from the city. The letter stated we owe for utility hook ups that should have been taken care of before closing and was overlooked by the title Company. This was not Chris’s fault or problem however she did not hesitate to try to resolve the situation. Chris contacted the City and put us in touch with her real estate attorney. She worked with the city and the attorney on our behalf and got the messy situation resolved to our benefit and satisfaction. If you are in need of a great realtor Chris Lussa is the one to choose. |

| Christine Lussa. That name conjures up on the nicest feelings. Those feelings arise from personal experience with Chris in the Real Estate Market. We met Chris a little more than four years ago. Her name was on a property sale sign in front of a home we were interested in buying. Our call to Chris revealed the fact that the home was under contract and unlike other realtors, she didn’t just say goodbye. She worked diligently until she found us our home which turned out to be our most beautiful home ever. Most recently, we were looking to relocate and Chris was back on the job. Emails, phone calls, investigation and personal attention won our hearts again for her dedication to us and to her job. That describes her professional self. As a person, she is honest, caring, intelligent and loving. | Working with Christine Lussa is fun, but productive. We set criteria for location, type of house and price. Chris kept searching and informing us of options. When we could be in Cape Coral, she made sure we saw what were good options. We had a good time, but we did a lot of work with her to find a good fit for us. All questions-and we had plenty-were answered. She has good contacts and knowledge to get answers and make things happen. This was a good experience for us and Chris felt like a good friend along the way, NOT just an agency representative trying to sell houses. She made things were right for us and kept helping us get things taken care of for us, even after closing. |

| I just wanted to let you know that from the first minute I crossed paths with Christine Lussa, she did everything in her power to make the selling of my house in Fort Myers, Florida very smooth. She is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate business. She knows her stuff and is honest and truthful which is hard to find these days! Chris was extremely attentive and always responsive when I had questions. She always "listened" to my needs on getting my house sold. | Chris, We wanted you to Know how much we appreciate you for all you have done for our family. When we decided to look for a vacation home we found you online. Due to not knowing anyone out of state. From the very beginning when We called you for information on where should start, you were one of the most accommodating and friendly, Realtors out of the many we have ever worked with in 35 years buying and selling homes for our growing family. We had not ever purchased a vacation home up until then. So we wanted you to know what a pleasant experience it was for us starting with the day we called, until the day we closed. | Due to my itty bitty budget and very specific neighborhood requests (I wanted to be in downtown in either of the historic disctricts on the river side of MLK) we looked for 9 months! I believe I remarked to you at the closing that it was as if we had a baby together. Adding to the 'complexity' of my househunt was that due to the unique funding I was pursuing (Florida First Time Homebuyer) the home I purchased also had to meet certain requirements. I think I lost count of how many crappy houses I made you look at with me. THEN when I finally found the perfect house (after submitting losing bids on a couple of other perfect houses, hahaha) it wound up being a short sale. Through all of that you were the most wonderful, no pressure realtor I could have wished to work with. You gave me honest advice on whether or not you thought properties were worthwhile and really just made the whole experience a total pleasure. I tell everyone what a great realtor I had and recommend you to anyone I meet who is looking for a realtor in the area (actually...just the other day my parents neighbor in New Jersey was telling me he wants to relocate to Fort Myers/Naples in the next year and I gave him your contact information). If I was ever in the market for another home in the area, I would not hesitate to use you! |

| Chris Lussa is an excellent real estate agent. Over the past several years in working with Chris, we have purchased two homes and sold one. Through all of these transactions, she possessed an outstanding work ethic and dedication in meeting our needs. She worked countless hours with us and showed a willingness to meet all of our needs in presenting our home in the best light for selling. | Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this to inform you that I hve never had such a nice experience home hunting. I traveled on 5 separate occasions from NYC to the Ft Myers/Naples areaa and their surroundings looking for new home and looking towards a future retirement community By sheer luck, I ran into Ms. Chris Lussa. I applied to find a realtor to assist me and Chris was the second call I received. Though she is/was located in the Cape Coral area, she just seemed right. I began looking in late March 2012 and we covered an area of 20 miles or so and through early July, we looked at nearly 50 homes. There was never a rush to purchase on Chris's part. In fact it was me who was pushing. She often said to wait, don't rush, look at more. She wanted to be certain that I totally loved my condo, its community, and the surrounding area. We finally hit our "home run" in early July and Chris negotiated an even better deal for me, though I thought the deal we had as already good. Chris has put to bed the theory that realtors are like used car salesmen and lawyers. In fact, in the past 10 months, I have recommended a number of friends interested in moving to this area to Chris. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, dedicated, and loyal to her client. Ms. Lussa made my experience of moving better than expected. |
