I have been in real estate for almost 15 years and it has been one ride that is for sure.  I got into doing short sales about 5 years ago and I have been heavily involved in them with cmopleting over 500 now with a 98% success rate.  I love the challenge of them and beating the banks at their own game.  I get the system and how the banks work and I think that is part of why I have been so successful with them.
