Tony created the art of city living® brand out of a passion for walkable communities and the urban lifestyle. He loves living in the city and has called Washington home since 1995.
With a decade of real estate experience, Tony has helped hundreds of people move and transition through the various stages of life–selling more than $70M of residential real estate. He is a skilled listener, trusted advisor, expert marketer, experienced negotiator and professional coach who genuinely looks out for his clients and guides them in making decisions that are in their best interest.
Prior to joining the industry in 2002, he created and managed public relations campaigns as an account director at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. He holds a bachelors degree in Advertising, earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and trained as a Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute. He enjoys travel, reading, gardening and exploring the city. His yellow lab, Molly, has a particular affinity for afternoons in Rock Creek Park.
I specialize in the walking communities of Washington, DC. In particular, Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, U Street, Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan, Downtown, Georgetown, Woodley Park and the West End.
Specializing in the walkable neighborhoods of Washington, DC.
