As a San Diego native, I have watched the real estate market evolve and understand where the market is today. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in the legal field during the last downturn in the market in the early 1990s. I learned a lot about a distressed market. Although this market has it's challenges, it's a great time to buy and sell. The market desperately needs buyers and sellers who are not in distress! I work with numerous buyers, and several of them are looking to purchase a home that is not in trouble.
