I grew up in South Dakota and attended the University of Kansas before I began my migration west. Although I don't miss the Midwest winters, I am proud of my roots and credit my upbringing at least partly for my friendly demeanor and ability to work well with others. After more than a decade working in the non-profit sector, I decided that moving to the Pacific Northwest was a good time to apply my skill set to a new challenge.
Purchasing a home is one of the most exciting and stressful processes you can go through. This is particularly true when you are relocating from a different area. Prioritizing things such as proximity to your work, schools, outdoor and cultural activities, and even dining and nightlife can present quite a challenge. Having moved to Washington from out of state I can sympathize with what you are facing. More importantly, that experience allows me to be a great partner and resource as you search for a home.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. Most of our free time is spent exploring our surroundings, trying new restaurants, taking in a game, or relaxing by the water. Personally, I enjoy fitness and cooking and have recently discovered that I have a bit of a green thumb.
Although not a native of the PNW, having lived in several states along my journey to get here has given me a real appreciation for how fortunate I am to call the Puget Sound region home. Whether you are new to the area, downsizing or upsizing, or simply looking for something new, I look forward to assisting you in finding your new home.
