I love living in the oldest city in the USA. Founded in 1564, St. Augustine will celebrate its 456th Birthday in 2020.

I have been a resident of St. Augustine and a licensed REALTOR since 1997 in the St. Johns County area.
Raised in a military family, having served in the US Army and experienced corporate relocations to and within Colorado, Washington State and Florida, I understand the choices that families and individuals must consider when moving from one home to another; whether the move is across the county or merely across town.
Homes sell because people buy their dreams when they see them. Having learned the basic life lessons and values as an Eagle Scout and a Captain in the US Army, combined with the extensive training at Fortune 500 Companies in the 1980’s and over a decade of real estate experience and knowledge in the St. Johns County area, I know that it is my responsibility to listen and then find your dream in the real estate market. Each home, as is each of your dreams, is different. The magic and excitement when a client finds their dream is what makes real estate such a rewarding profession for me and the clients I help.
My clients know that I mean what I say and I say. Please call me when you need a REALTOR who will help you with your dreams.
