Cliff grew up in Hendersonville, TN. He moved to Hendersonville in the mid '70s and well remembers the U.S. Bicentennial Celebration in Hendersonville. As a young teen he enjoyed fishing and boating in Old Hickory Lake, walking the trails over Point O' View hill, riding his bicycle thru the Cumberland Hills and Indian Lake subdivisions, and joining friends and classmates for recreational activities at Saunders Ferry Park and Old Hickory Dam recreational areas.
Over the years, Cliff has worked with home buyers and sellers interested in lake homes on Old Hickory Lake, just north of Nashville, Tennessee. He uses targeted marketing campaigns for the listing and sale of lake homes and lake lots. Frequently, after seeing a home listed on his targeted marketing sites, buyers from hundreds of miles away contact him interested in lake homes for sale on Old Hickory Lake.
Cliff also works in the commercial real estate industry. He is very happy to have the support and advantages of KWCommercial to enhance his commercial client representation.
Specializing in Commercial Real Estate in the Greater Nashville area including Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, White House, and Cross Plains.
