For the past 18 years, I've served Vail's finest resort communities working with buyers and sellers of high-end homes, land and ranches from Vail to Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch, Cordillera, Lake Creek and the ranch lands of McCoy, Colorado. A SSF Top Ten Producer in 2010; a SSF Top Twenty Producer in 2009; and winner of the 2009 SSF Brokers Choice Award, I'm grateful to have earned a reputation for superb customer care, attention to detail, and absolutely consistent follow-up. · In 1995, married Whitney Miskell in 1995, an established high-end broker, and joined him at Slifer Smith & Frampton selling luxury properties
· Following Whitney's retirement in 2004, I've continued successfully in the business, breaking new ground, adding to my reputation ... and my client base.

From the beginning, my focus, efforts and my expertise have been devoted to serving buyers and sellers of luxury properties in the resort markets of the Vail Valley ... Vail/Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch/Arrowhead/Mountain Star and Cordillera. For example, in 2010, my listing in Beaver Creek's exclusive Strawbery Park neighborhood sold for $10,200,000. And in 2009, which we all will agree was a dreadful year for real estate, I represented the buyer of a 5 bedroom penthouse condominium in Vail's new Arrabelle at Vail Square building ... one of the top 15 transactions in the entire Vail Valley that year.
Thanks to years spent as a financial analyst on Wall Street in NYC, I am able to bring a specialized skill set to the real estate search, valuation, negotiation and closing process.
And as a long-time local, I know who the best builders are, the best contractors and subs, the best interior designers, artisans, the best repairmen ... and I enjoy excellent relationships with most of them.
