My name is Chris Morton and I've lived in Fort Myers all my life (23 years).  I'm young knowledgable and have a will to learn as much as I can, possiblly for the rest of my life!  I've been a Realtor for almost two years now, but don't let my young and budding carrer fool you.  I have a great local firm I work with and a broker who is there to help whenever I ask.  I'm also a Junior at Florida Gulf Coast University studying for my accounting degree.  I believe an accounting/finance degree is one of those jack of all trade degrees that can help out in many aspects of life (even Real Estate).  I went into Real Estate primarily because I had a niche and a way to put myself through Real Estate School.  I also found it a great opportunity to help people in one of their most special purchases in a lifetime.  I believe to help buyers and sellers one needs a person pasionate in what their doing as well as a great brokerage to support him/her.

As I write this I have 11 active listings that range from Cape Coral, North Fort Myers and East Fort Myers and am still expanding. Working with buyers is a pleasure as well.  I have some lenders that are still good at approving bad credit borrowers and have some throrough home inspectors up my sleve.  Of course I'm always looking for more as well! Being a "youngster" has its benefits in this market.  The Real Estate market is constantly changing and as Realtors we all have a duty to each other to keep everyone informed and up to date.  Being kind and understanding with all other Realtors while always keeping your principal's best interest in mind is how I manage to earn my living in Real Estate.
