My family and I have lived in East Hanover for the past 23 years.  I am familiar with the local schools and recreational programs which are important factors when choosing a home and community.  I have as BS Degree in Business Economics from SUNY at Oneonta, New York.  I have also worked in sales and marketing for IBM Headquarters, Franklin Lakes, NJ.  I have been a realtor since 2005 at Coccia Real Estate Group.In 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 I was also awarded NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award.  I have sold over 60 Million Dollars in Real Estate!

I also attained my ABR - Accredited Buyer Representation Designation, completing a comprehensive course in buyer representation and submitting documentation verifying professional experience.  I continually strive to be on top of current market conditions and take advantage of educational opportunities to confidently represent both buyers and sellers effectively.
