Cherice Clark is and Associate Broker and Team Leader who has specialized in residential sales and leasing in Maryland and DC for 20 years.   Working as an assistant at a small real estate brokerage in Georgetown in 1998, she found her passion was not in the area of Economics her major at Howard University instead it was assisting buyers and sellers reach their goals of buying and selling residential property.  In 2002, she became licensed in Maryland and DC.  Her experience spans multiple areas in real estate that include but are not limited to short sales, foreclosures, investment properties, property management and new construction. She has obtained several professional designations in an effort to raise the service level that she provides her clients and holds the following designations:

 In 2004 she formed “The Clark Team” a team of experienced buyer and listing specialists leveraging cutting edge technology to provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers while streamlining the processes involved in real estate transaction.  With our technical expertise we can manage transactions electronically utilizing web meeting, electronic signature and fax technology.

Cherice Clark is a relationship builder.  Over the years she has established relationships with several vendor partners such as Home Inspectors, Home Warranty Companies, Electricians, Plumbers, etc. making her resource beyond settlement.    

A wife and mother of two beautiful children. Originally from Los Angeles, CA she has resided in the DC Metropolitan area since she arrived here in 1993 to attend Howard University in Washington, DC. She is active in her community. Her passion is assisting the many clients she has worked with over the years achieve their goals of acquiring or transferring real property.

She joined Keller Williams Preferred Properties ranked “Highest in Overall Satisfaction for Homebuyers and Sellers among National Full Service Real Estate Firms” by JD Power and Associates in 2012 merging the Clark Team mission with the mission of Keller Williams.  Her team consists of Gregory and Brittany Clark (her husband and daughter).
