Ann has worked in the Real Estate Industry for 39 years. During that time she has worn many hats, from owning one of the largest RE/MAX Territories ever sold, to having a very successful Real Estate Sales Business of her own. Ann Continues to strive forward in her Real Estate career using her information and knowledge daily to make impacts on agents lives and businesses.
Starting her career as an office professional in the industry, she worked as an advertising manager and escrow coordinator, while attending college. Ann eventually moved into Real Estate Sales in the late 70's, going to work for a small independent Broker. After two successful years selling and listing in excess of 60 units a year she joined RE/MAX and became a member of their 100% Club for 13 consecutive years, with an average sales price of $104,000.00. She is also a RE/MAX Hall of Fame receiptent.
In 1991 Ann purchased a RE/MAX Franchise and became the owner of the largest single RE/MAX territory in the State of Michigan. Expanding her franchise to five offices while she continued to sell for her previous Broker; attests to her ability to achieve and multi task at very high performance levels.
Ann has a list of sales awards and Broker awards to her credit, including "Who's Who in Real Estate," she decided her true passion was in developing people to realize their full potential. She sold her franchise, building her sales business to a point of incorporating making it more saleable. In 1999, after successfully selling her business, Ann made her strategic move into Real Estate and Sales Coaching. After coaching numerous agents to the next level of success in their careers, Ann decided to take 4 years off and be a mother and grandmother to her large blended family. Now Ann is back and has decided that coaching is an area of expertise that she will continue to grow in.
Being a Certified Behavior Analyst (CPBA), this designation signifies that Ann has achieved the highest level of professional excellence in the use of the DISC Instrument provided by Target Training International, LTD. To receive this certification, Ann has demonstrated proven application experience and analysis, an interpretation of the DISC assessment reports. Also she has successfully completed the designation of CPVA, Certified Professional Values Analysis which is a further assessment of how DISC behavior can change based on the individuals personal interest, attitudes and values.
Ann is focused on her success as a coach and the individual success of each of her clients.
