Welcome to this site and thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. I coach and manage the Rocklin/Lincoln office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  Having been a successful Realtor for many years, the transition to management and coaching is one that is a high priority and that I approach with great passion.  In this office, you are given the training and support to be as successful as you want to be.  It is the goal of this office to establish a dominate marketshare in this area and more importantly a reputation for the best in service.

I started as an agent in 1987 with a small one-office boutique company, have been affliated with a franchise and a locally owned company for a couple of years and the remainder of my career has been with Coldwell Banker.  I truly believe that this company offers more to its clients and agents that most other companies.  I am a full time manager and do not compete with my agents.

I believe that working a consistent plan will guarantee positive results and many blessings.  Being accountable is something that is not enforced in this career as it is in many others and I work with agents to change this.  I will help an agent set goals, develop a business plan and then hold them accountable.  This is a profession that offers many possibilities and often times agents do not experience these because they have not been shown how to do this.

Certifications

Originally from Orange County, California, I attended Cal State Fullerton and then graduated from University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 1980.  My Bachelor of Science degree is in Business Administration with a major in accounting.  Upon graduating, I joined the Xerox corporation until moving to Northern California in 1987.

While obtaining my real estate license, I worked in the Sacramento and Elk Grove school districts as a substitue teacher.  I also volunteered at several elementaries with their music programs.  Currently I am the director for the children's drama/choral group at Rancho Murieta Community Church as well as play the keyboard/piano for the church.

I was president for Women's Council of Realtors (WCR)-Sacramento Chapter for 2002 and 2004.  I have the following designations:  LTG, ePro, and CRS. Relocation has also been a large part of my career.  If you are looking for the best office to align yourself with or want an agent that handles Placer, Sacramento and El Dorado counties, please give me a call at 916.354.1234 or email me at maxine.feil@cbnorcal.com
