Licensed in the States of Florida, I could experience different aspects of the Real Estate transactions, seeing the weakness for each area. I could implement several marketing tools, unused in Florida, for my client in that state. That approach put me ahead of the ethical Real Estate business in no time. Past clients could easily see a difference of results, even having used "big name team" in the area. This reputation is therefore increasing all over Lee County. However, my leitmotiv is ethics. This should be the number one priority for all Real Estate agents, and it's definitely my priority.
