A professional agent should make you money!!

Making your investment grow in terms of net worth is really my job.  The home you select to purchase is about the lifestyle and quality of living for you and the family.   Your professional should be prepared to do a CMA (comparative market analysis), absorption study and an appreciation rate trend on any property you chose to buy.  An agent should do more than drive you around the area and open up the home.  I am a consumer too!  I too need to rely on someone for sound advice.  This is an important decision!!  Large sums of money are riding on the outcome.  Really, do you want to wonder if you are doing the smart thing?

I have over 30 years of living, raising 2 sons, and playing golf in the area.  After twenty years of corporate sales for an international company, real estate has been my full time career for the last 13 years.  I am an Army veteran with two tours in Vietnam.  I hold a BA in Economics with a minor in mathematics.  I am proud to have earned both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and, the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designations.   To this day I continue to attend those classes to be aware of new trends in real estate and advances in technology.  Call me and let's discuss your ideas.
