I have over 20 year's experience working with the public.  This experience helps me deal with and understand each one as an individual.  I am currently a Broker and use my training in helping people with all their real estate needs.  I am continually reading and taking classes to update my knowledge of the business.  I want to be the best that I can be so I can help someone whether they are buying or selling.  I deal with buyers and sellers in all areas.  However, I am very sensitive to first time buyers and sellers and I try to guide them through the confusing process of listing, selling and buying their homes. There is so much more involved to selling your home than just listing it in the newspaper.  Since I belong to the Egyptian Board Multiply listing service, your listing would be posted and you would have approximately 600 agents working for you. Sounds alot better than just one newspaper ad. As an agency we  try to get your listing in front of thousands of people so that they can make a uniform decision about what is on the market and if your property is something that will work for them.  On the other hand, I work with buyers trying to find them the right property or the home of their dreams within their financial budget.  I feel good when I have helped someone meet their goals and dreams.
