Connor has been a licensed REALTOR for 10 years and has been involved in hundreds of transactions. He is a designated Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Connor is currently in the top 10% of all agents in Utah for number of transactions and is continuing to improve and grow his business each year.
He has also worked as an REO asset manager, which means that if you were to make an offer on a bank owned house, he was the person at the bank who would accept or reject your offer. In addition to being an outstanding real estate agent, Connor has also founded a non profit organization called CDN - The Sasha Project. This organization helps orphans in Russia to get the care, resources, and attention that they need. Something that distinguishes this organization is that 100% of the money from donors goes directly to the children. All work done, travel made, and services rendered are done on a volunteer basis. Connor is very passionate about this work and travels to Russia at least once per year where he continues to grow his network of volunteers. He is fluent in Russian and has worked as a medical and legal translator/interpreter.
