Conrad is a native of Bismarck, North Dakota and has been extensively involved in the real estate business as early as his childhood, beginning with his family’s businesses, as he accompanied his father showing his commercial and residential rental units. Conrad began his personal real estate investment program while still in his teens and has worked since then to parlay his unique experience and skill-set on both the buyer’s and seller’s sides of transactions to the benefit of his current real estate clients. This, coupled with his computer savvy and decade plus years of hands-on involvement in virtually every aspect of the real estate business spectrum has enabled Conrad to bring a unique, knowledgeable and successful perspective to our rapidly-evolving industry.
