Get to Know Jason Corrado
I have had my brokers license since 2003 and have owned HouseMart Realty in Columbia,Mo since 2004. I have closed over 400 Real Estate deals in my career. My wife and I also own Superior Appraisal Company and she is a Certified Appraiser. Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a Mortgage Broker for two years and have continued to do mortgages while in Real Estate. I have built, rehabbed,and flipped homes and am a landlord all at 30 years old. I have the experience and the INTEGRITY to help you find a great home, help you negotiate your best possible deal, and best of all it costs you nothing! I am happy to put in the time and effort to help you accomplish your goal. I know the developments,developers,builders reputations and situations and can use that knowledge to your advantage. For the seller I have a unique and personally tailored marketing plans with track records to back them up. I track all marketing from day one to see what strategy works best for that type of home beyond the full color flyers, Yardsign ,and MLS. Marketing is the key...the more exposure your property gets the better chance it has of being seen by the right buyer . I really enjoy all aspects of the real estate business but marketing property is my favorite!
Certifications
I would consider my area of expertise the negotiation. I really enjoy the contract negotiation and have worked as a closer for my agents in a lot of cases. I have managed 15 agents at one time and helping them to make deals that they did not think would come together is a great feeling. Holding tough deals together and getting some give and take is what it is all about. You have to be creative and make it fun.
