Get to know Cindy Kalionzes
A USC graduate with a degree in Economics, I use my economic knowledge to help me analyze the behavior of the markets. Having grown up the child of two prominent Realtors in Southern California (one a former President of the California Association of Realtors), I have spent nearly all my life around real estate.
My clients appreciate my low-pressure approach. My personal philosophy is that finding a new home should be a pleasure! You know when you've stepped into the "right" home, and I'm right there next to you to help you get that home for the best price and terms. I'm a "Lamb" with my clients, but a "Lion" at the negotiating table!
I live, work and play in Orange County! The beautiful thing about OC is the variety you find within a short distance. From the shimmering lakes of Mission Viejo and Lake Forest, to the laid-back surf cultures in Huntington Beach and San Clemente, to the palatial beauties of Newport, every area has its own character. Speaking of character, when I'm not working with clients, I can usually be found at Disneyland! Like many Orange County residents, I have an annual pass to the house of the mouse, and spend many a weekend hour hanging out with the "Big Cheese".
Occasionally I foray beyond "The Orange Curtain" up to LA to visit the Hollywood Bowl in the summer, and in autumn I head to the USC football games (as a former member of the Trojan Marching Band, my passion for my team still burns bright.) But mostly, I like to stay right here on Orange County, enjoying all that "home" has to offer: beaches, theme parks, and lovely walkpaths where I walk my miniature dachshund, Barnum.

I cover everywhere from San Clemente to Fullerton and areas in between, but I specialize in the moderately-priced areas of central and south Orange County.
Yes, there are affordable homes in South OC, if you have an agent who knows where to look! Areas include Lake Forest (in my opinion one of the best price-to-neighborhood values in OC), Mission Viejo (mostly high-end but there are some affordable homes, and the area can't be beat!), Laguna Hills, Orange, etc.
I also work with buyers seeking more "executive"-level homes, in areas such as Irvine, Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, etc.
I frequently check pricing in certain key areas that are ripe with investment potential. Remember, you may not pull out your money in real estate until you sell, but you MAKE it when you buy it correctly! This is the kind of market where forturnes are built.
