"I have known Inis Cohen as a neighbor in South Barrington and friend for 29 years. Inis and I served on the Cove Board for many years together.
I recently had the fantastic experience of listing and selling my mother-in-law's home in Schaumburg with Cove Realty. Inis was extremely professional in that she evaluated the condo and did a market analysis in the MLS and determined the correct value of the property. Then Inis got into helping us prepare the property for sale. She was very aware of curb appleal, interior design and called in a stager to make the property more desirable to potential buyers.
Inis was able to sell the home within a month and we got our exact price for the property. The process was so smooth and made an emotional experieince a wonderful, smooth transaction. Inis' son Larry is a Real Estate Attorney: so he took us through the walk through and the closing. Inis was at the closing to make sure everything went well.
