Come discover everything our area has to offer!

Front Royal, Virginia - Small town living in Warren County just 70 miles from our Nation's Capitol!  The north entrance to Skyline Drive is located here.  The area has also been designated as the Canoe Capital of Virginia with the north and south forks of the Shenandoah River merging here.  Access to Interstates 66 & 81 has made this area become home to many commuters and second home owners from the DC/Metro area.

Linden, Virginia - The "official" discovery of the Shenandoah Valley took place here in 1669.  Many commuters to the Washington, DC area have discovered the mountain communities of Apple Mountain, High Knob, Skyland Estates, Freezeland Manor and Blue Mountain provide quick and easy access to Interstate 66, Route 55 and Route 50.

Strasburg, Virginia - Charming small town living located near the crossroads of Interstates 66 & 81 and Routes 55 & 11 in Shenandoah County.  Surrounded by the Blue Ridge and Allegheny mountains, Civil War Battlefields and the Shenandoah River.

Middletown, Virginia - Middletown is located along Route 11 in Frederick County.  Rich in Civil War history with Cedar Creek Battlefield and Belle Grove Plantation located just south of town.  Lord Fairfax Community College is located here also.  Easy access to Interstates 66 & 81.

Winchester, Virginia - An independent city where numerous roads meet - Routes 7, 11, 37, 50 & 522 as well as Interstate 81.  Home to the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival, which features the longest fireman's parade and one of the largest grand feature parades in the country.  The city is also rich in Civil War history and is home to George Washington's Office Museum and the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley.  Shenandoah University is located here also.

Certifications

I started my business in a down market - I only had one way to go!  Over the years I have come to realize my passions - residential real estate sales, REO real estate, and relocations.  I enjoy sharing my knowledge, and my opinions with my clients.

Growing up with a mother in the mortgage business and a father that built homes, I was destined to get into the business.  Build them, sell them, finance them, and did I mention my aunt owns an insurance company?  I had one stop shopping down before it was the norm!

The Shenandoah Valley area offers something for almost everyone - except for maybe those seeking urban living.  Small towns, not-so-small-anymore towns, mountain living, Shenandoah River living, and just good country living can be found here.  I work with all different types of buyers and sellers - marketing and selling all different types of property.

Awarded Hall of Fame Award from the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, National Sales Awards, and Company Awards.  I have served on the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors Grievance Committee and served as President of our association in 2012.
