Creatively Transformed is a Home Staging and Interior Decorating/Redesign company located in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. As the founder of Creatively Transformed, Barbara Quitoni has an AHS Designation as an Accredited Home Staging Specialist, a Certificate from Staging by Design, an extensive Home Staging course, and is a graduate of Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design.
After 22 years working in the accounting field, Barbara decided to make a career change and pursue what has always been her passion...Interior Decorating and Redesign. Her interest in Home Staging was sparked when "house shopping" with a friend and realizing the need to market a home to set the stage for a beautiful presentation, appealing to many prospective buyers and ultimately selling faster than other comparable homes on the market. Barbara brings a high degree of professionalism to each client's staging or redesign project and places high importance on being reliable and detail-oriented. A client can be assured that for a redesign project, with their personal taste and style in mind, they will see how to uncover the hidden value in the home or create a new look or style that is pleasing and comfortable to their lifestyle, and always working within the client's budget.
The first impression of a home for sale is of utmost importance. Creatively Transformed, a Long Island Home Staging company, works with the home seller to help prepare the home for sale so that first impression to prospective buyers will be a very positive one. Starting with curb appeal, walking through the front door and continuing throughout the home, the presentation is of utmost importance. Creatively Transformed will showcase the home, highlighting it's assets and downplaying it's imperfections. A neutral style that will appeal to a wider range of potential buyers presents a turnkey package that the buyers can relate to and can see themselves living in.
After evaluating the home, a step-by-step list of our staging recommendations will be prepared and presented to the sellers. At that point they may wish to follow our recommendations on their own, or Creatively Transformed will perform the staging for them. Either way, home staging is affordable, costing less than the first price reduction, when a house is on the market too long.
