I have an ABR Designation (accredited buyers representative) My favorite market is homes with acreage and rural area residential and land.  I take pride in my marketing abilities and I especially work well with short time frames of both sellers and buyers. I am very spontanious, persistant and agressive.  For me it's all about helping people to realize their dreams and goals of property ownership. Sometimes, this includes selling a main residence in order to bring closure to a difficult situation. I apply my knowledge and expertise to each individual circumstance.  I look forward to many more productive and exciting years guiding my clients and customers through the buying and selling process and making many new friends along the way.
