| We bought a house last year (2013) when there were an of abundance of houses on the market to choose from . The process took more than 9 months and two realtors. The actual financing took an exhausting and frustrating 4 months of endless documentation submissions and several closing date extensions. We bought another house this year with a very low inventory to choose from. This time we used the services of Chris Rollins. We needed a ranch house for my mother and cousin who are ages 79 and 89 respectively because they have difficulty climbing the stairs. Chris actually listened to our needs and worked accordingly. He shared his great wisdom and experience saving us from wasting lots of time and money as we did before. With great professionalism he walked us through the process.
