| I have nothing but high praise for Crystal Kilpatrick. I first met her in 2009 when I was looking to buy something on my own. While I was only looking for a condo, Crystal always made me feel as though I was just as important a customer as her customers that were buying houses for hundreds of thousands of dollars (or more). When I wanted to sell my condo and get a house, there was no doubt I'd use Crystal. She is so kind, courteous, and knowledgeable while being an excellent advocate and negotiator. Because of Crystal, I am well-informed about the home selling and buying process and feel more comfortable in potentially one of the biggest financial commitments I'll ever make in my life. | Initially, we were apprehensive entrusting the sale of our home to anyone; however, upon meeting Crystal, we trusted her and immediately knew we were in good hands. She is very professional, experienced, and did an excellent job (and our house sold quickly). She kept us informed and communicated with us on a regular basis. She also negotiated on our behalf and provided us guidance. She assisted us along the way with anything we didn't understand, such as required inspections and information on the HUD form. Crystal is also our realtor for the house that we are building. Once we outlined our criteria, Crystal was instrumental in finding us the perfect location to build: Reunion Ranch, a new master planned community that we were not aware even existed. She helped us choose our floor plan, the Altessa, her personal favorite, and assisted us at the design center. Crystal has made our home selling and home building experience much more enjoyable and easy-going thanks to her expertise. | Crystal took such great care from us from the start all the way through the entire process. She clearly found her calling and we couldn't be more grateful to have found her. She was always available to jump on the phone and talk no matter what time of day; early mornings, late nights, you name it, she was there for us, whether by phone, text or email. We could always rely on Crystal to be responsive and easy to get a hold of (very important for us). She is patient and kind, but equally assertive and confident. | We worked with Crystal Kilpatrick to find our home in Austin late in 2012. We had a pretty long list what we were looking for which made the search seem like it would be difficult. Initially we provided Crystal with a list of homes we found on the internet that we wanted to view. While taking us to view these homes she asked questions, watched to see what we liked and didn’t like, and gathered additional information. This helped her determine what suggestions she could make for additional homes for us to look at. Nothing on our initial list met our needs. But a few days later Crystal found us an amazing home that had everything on our list and more. She was able to get us a viewing the first morning it went on the market and by the end of that day our offer was accepted. I don’t think we would have been able to get this home if it weren’t for Crystal. If I was to look for another home in Austin, Crystal would be the first person I would call. I highly recommend her as a realtor who will find you the right house. |

| We spent an entire day with Crystal Kilpatrick looking at a dozen properties in Lakeway. While none of the properties were quite right for Linda and I, it struck me that at each house, Crystal quizzed us about what we liked, didn't like. And, she listened! She was cataloguing in her mind the features that would help her find the perfect house for us at a later date. It just so happened that the very next day, Linda and I found as close to perfect as we were gonna get! A David Weekley new construction outside of New Braunfels. When the DW rep asked if we were working with a Realtor, we did not hesitate to name Crystal Kilpatrick! Her service and attention to detail earned every penny of what DW paid out! My words to her at the time were, "you deserve to be the #1 Realtor in all of Austin!". We have owned 9 homes in all of our relo's, and I am not sure I ever met anyone who asked all of the right questions and listened to all of our answers! She's the best! |

| Could Crystal have done any more? I give this a 9.999 out of 10! My other home buy/sell experiences (5) were not even close to Crystal's AMAZING job. Crystal did EVERYTHING to get this house sold at a price that was higher than I thought it would end up at. I live 1500 miles away and she had to do everything. The communication was key and she kept me up to date weekly. She HAS to be one of your better agents!! |

| I value Crystal's patience with use the most. I warned her that we'd be difficult customers because we like so many different things. She was extremely patient with us from beginning to end and we never felt criticized even when I knew we were being a little risky and stubborn to save some money while negotiating with the sellers. I also really appreciated the follow up post sale and sending us the homestead exemption application to save money on our taxes. She was very kind, respectful and responsive throughout the entire process. While on vacation she made sure another agent helped us and kept up with communications. I think she also related to us very well on a personal level. I would happily recommend her services. |

| Crystal was very instrumental in driving forward our search for a new home and was exceptional, which was particularly important, since we were in Chicago with very limited availability to meet in person. She was a great listener and asked questions that helped her identify features that were "must have" while also providing tips on potential "should have" that we had not considered. Some agents make you feel pressured, and you can tell they just want to get a house sold to get paid however Crystal did nothing but look out for our best interest the entire time. | Loooved working with Crystal Kilpatrick!!! We met with her on a thursday night to discuss what we wanted in a home and by that saturday we were looking at 12 homes and we found our home that day! She was very patient with us and really listened to us when we told her what we did or didn't like and didn't let us waste our time on looking at places that didn't fit our criteria. She was very involved every step of the way either through phone calls or emails asking if we needed help with anything and making sure the builder of our home was finishing the final touches up in a timely manner. She was recommened to us by our friends that had used her as a realtor a few months prior and we can't wait to recommend her to any of our other friends or family that buys a home.
