I began my Lawrence real estate journey in 2007 I never expected this career to bring me on so many journeys. Through my real estate career i have helped numerous people with their desire to sell their homes for various reasons, they've outgrown the home, job relocation, and estate sales. I have been fortunate to also help numerous buyer's search for their first home, move-up home and sometimes divorcee's first individual home. Being a Realtor in Lawrence is so amazing because you get a chance to work with people in different times of their lives from the expanding family wanting to pick the "right" room for their nursery to families needing to sell their family home due to a death of a parent. I feel like my compassion, empathy and overall positive outlook has made me successful in working with so many people. 

In this market of uncertainty I I work hard to give my clients 100% personal attention and make it my goal to speak with buyer's and seller on whatever time schedule we set out. I've worked with Lawrence buyer's who want to communicate daily to other sellers who are fine with once a week follow-up/market updates. I also pride myself as working solely for my client. If I have a home for sale and a buyer wants to make an offer I will not represent that Buyer. If I work for the seller, I WORK FOR THE SELLER, same situation with my buyers. Not many agents can say that but I am 100% your agent! 

Buying and Selling a Lawrence home is one of the biggest decisions a person makes in their life and I strive to educate both buyer and seller with my professional knowledge of the local market and equip them with the tools to make the best decision for their situation.
