Dawn and Robert are each certified by Brian Buffini and Company to be mentors and teach the very successful 100 Days to Greatness class. During the week we are very involved on a daily basis with our office, making ourselves available to support the agents onsite. We do not spend a lot of time out of the office involved in other activities that do not directly support our agents.
Our office is warm and professional, very inviting to our clients and agents alike. Offering a small front consultation room, and a second private, larger conference room. The large conference room is equipped with a wall hung flat screen TV, perfect for watching RE/MAX Satellite Network, searching properties online with clients and presenting training materials, etc during office meetings.
If they are not using the workstation Computer, agents with laptops connect to our secure Wifi anytime they come to the office, whether to work on client files or attend meetings and training sessions.
Our private training room is perfect for the ongoing training that takes place every week. Training classes have recently covered topics such as Social Media/Facebook/Blogging, Building a Team, Business Planning and Goals, the ABC's of Short Sales and Distressed Properties, Obtaining and Servicing Listings, Sales Techniques, Technology, Working with Systems/Plans/Contact Management Software, Personal Marketing, Leadstreet and more!
We provide a state of the art Toshiba phone system.
Our office is equiped with a private server for file storage. Agents have private, secure files to store closing documents, etc. Files are backed up daily.
Our well maintained copier provides crisp black and white or color copies. Agents can scan documents directly to any email address as a pdf file, directly from our copier.
