Our competition charges sometimes $100 or more for less quality and we just can't figure it out. Our reports are more comprehensive and detailed. Our average inspection takes 2.5 hours, a bit longer for larger homes, while we hear from agents that they usually see inspectors spending only 1.5 hours. You will leave the inspection most likely knowing more about the home than you do your present home. We'll spend time with you after the insdpection to go over the report to ensure that you understand everything that was found during the inspection- good or bad. You'll also receive a second report the following business day with digital photos of anything found to be defective with a detailed description and possible solutions. Our additional services, such as Termite inspections and Radon testing are also lower than the competition.
