David has been a full time Realtor since 2004 and has been with Team Gerchick since 2011.  He has an extensive background in serving Buyers and Sellers of both owner occupied and Investor owned properties, and specializes in North and Central Phoenix as well as the West Valley.

David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from The University of Phoenix.  His background is in Business and Technology, and has held Management positions at Franchise Finance Corporation of America and GE Capital prior to launching his Real Estate Career.  He is a consistent producer and regularly attends continuing education curriculum to stay on the leading edge of market trends and current issues.  Upon joining Team Gerchick, he committed to obtaining his CCIM and is presently working towards that goal.

David grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Phoenix in 1998.  He is married and has three boys.  He enjoys Hiking/Backpacking, Mountain Biking, Golfing and most of all supporting his son’s many sports and musical interests.
