As broker/owner of an independent agency in the northeast Georgia mountains, I first listen carefully to buyers and sellers to understand their desires, expectations, motivations and needs, and then deliver a rewarding buying or selling experience to them that differentiates me from others in my industry.
Northeast Georgia real estate is highly diverse geographically with unique "micro-markets" scattered around the mostly rural landscape. Properties that appear similar in value to the untrained eye can vary substantially based on external factors that only a seasoned REALTOR with a broad knowledge of the local market can properly identify and discuss with clients. With my consultative approach to working with clients, my first goal is to educate my clients and "leave no stone unturned" when it comes to what may affect the value and use of their purchase in the future. I am comfortable working for clients with limited or broad experience buying or selling real estate in our unique area including mountain, lake, river, resort, income-producing, or investment properties.
