Get to Know Damo Daran
As a licensed Real Estate Broker with over a decade of experience, I have seen and experienced it all in the Northern Virginia Market. I have witnessed the boom times and I have weathered the slow periods that invariably follow. Whatever the market conditions may be, I diligently and honestly serve the areas of Ashburn, Herndon, Sterling and the other areas of Northern Virginia should my clients need me to do so.
I operate my business out of Ikon Realty's high tech, high touch corporate headquarters located in Annandale, VA. Ikon Realty is one of Northern Virginia's largest independent brokerage firms and has several branches in the Washington DC Metropolitan region. The corporate office provides all the support and staffing needed to ensure that it's over 200 agents function in the best and most efficient manner while serving their clients.
As a result of my dedication to the clients I serve and the support I have received from Ikon Realty, I have achieved recognition as a quality real estate professional by my company and the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®. Two of the awards I have received during my rein as a professional are being offered membership to the NVAR Top Producer 10+ Million club for 2005 and the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club for 2006.

Certifications
My focus is primarily in residential real estate although I have successfully completed numerous commercial transactions. In the residential side, I serve buyers and sellers primarily in Ashburn, Herndon, and Sterling. However, if a client requests it, I am willing to offer my services in the other areas of Northern Virginia as well.
The buyers I work with are usually first time buyers or clients who wish to move up to a bigger home. I have assisted clients with purchasing condos, townhomes, and single family homes with my primary focus being townhomes and single family homes.
The sellers I assist range from condo owners who were either first time owners or bought for investment purposes, townhome owners who have outlived their home, or owners of single family homes who either wish to move to another area or downgrade their residential lifestyle.
Although the above is a fairly accurate depiction of my expertise, it is not all encompassing. In my over ten year experience, I have served a wide array of clients with varying needs.
