My business philosophy extends from my prior career as a teacher. I believe that my commitment to educating the client regarding the selling and buying process greatly impact my clinets abilities to make sound decisions. When the client feels that they have all of the data; they are able to move forward confidently. Their faith in my ability to get the job done is reinforced by our frequent communication and the ease in which they are able to reach myself or my assistant.
As a teacher, I was always taking additional classes and seminars to improve upon my skills, wanting to make sure that my students had an enriching environment to grow in. I have carried this over to my real estate career by attaining my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certfication and participating in several national coaching programs. I am constantly striving to be on the cutting edge of our industry by staying in tune with our changing market conditions and trends. For the past 3 years, I have been one of the top producing agents in the McHenry County area. I am involved in my local community as a board member for the District 158 Education Foundation (a non-profit organization raising funds for grants and scholorships for teachers and students) and am a graduate of the Lake in the Hills Community Leadership School. My passion for real estate stems from my desire to help others to reach their goals.
