My home staging services include:

1-2 Hour Consultation: First we will discuss your goals in selling your home, then we look at your home through Buyer's Eyes. I will give you a demonstration of how I stage one room and can take before and after photos so you can see the difference. Within 48 hours, I give you a detailed proposal explaining the changes I would make to your home and the timeframe it will take to make it more "sellable".

Half Day of Home Staging - I will spend 4-5 hours making dramatic changes to your home. I bring in accessories to complete the look of each room. I suggest other services I think are worth investing in (i.e. painting) and will give you a color consultation. I take before and after photos, and you can use these after photos for your home listing.

Full Day of Home Staging - I will spend a full day making dramatic changes in your home. I use an eight step action plan to make this transformation. When I am done your home will be ready to list. Before and after photos are provided so you can see the difference a home staging service makes.

Home Redesign- Not listing your house, but in need of design assistance? I can use what furniture and acccessories you already have to makeover your rooms of choice. If your home is your most valuable asset, it is worth making it a comfortable and beautiful space to live in. I can suggest paint colors and offer my shopping services (see below), depending on how much or how little you wish to do.

Shopping Service- If you hate to shop and do not know where to go to get the best accessories at the best prices then leave it to the pros. We will discuss a budget to work within as well and work together to determine the look you are trying to achieve. I will pass my designer discounts onto you.
