Get to know Dan Durochik
Dan began his real estate career as a Sales Associate with McColly Real Estate in 1986 after having graduated from Purdue University-Calumet with a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing. In 1988, Dan established the Advertising/Marketing Department at McColly where he managed the budgeting, development and placement of all company marketing programs. In 2000, Dan established the New Homes Division at McColly which in less than three years helped drive McColly Real Estate to the #1 market position in new home sales in Northwest Indiana. In July 2004, Dan was appointed to General Manager. Dan earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Designation in 1997 and is also a licensed broker in Indiana and Illinois and maintains membership in several industry associations and mentor groups, and serves on several local charity committees.
