Danise Fields has been licensed in the State of Georgia to sell Real Estate since 2005. She has always been a Full-Time agent. Danise started in the industry in New Homes Sales with the largest builder in Georgia. She was a top producer her first year selling 58 homes in 18 months and was featured on Atlanta’s Best New Homes local T.V. show 3 times.

 After working in New Homes for 3 years she made a change to the administrative side of Real Estate becoming the Contract manager of a high volume Real Estate company negotiating 20-30 contracts for sellers every week for 3 years. Most agents will not do that amount of negotiating in their careers as agents. Danise knows just about every possible scenario when it comes to negotiating and processing contracts so her sellers DON’T LOSE MONEY!
