David and Kristie have a deep history in the local community and extensive background in real estate. In terms of the former, they lived in the Monroe area for over 25 years and both feel it has been a wonderful community to raise their three boys. When the boys were younger, Dave coached basketball, soccer and baseball and he feels the values of sportsmanship, being a team player, and playing by the rules are all applicable to the business world too. In terms of real estate, they have 28 years of combined real estate experience.

Over the past 15 years, Dave specialized in REO real estate, which refers to properties owned by a lender after an unsuccessful sale at a foreclosure. Due to the nature of these transactions, most of his business was conducted over phone and email. One of the things Dave is most excited about in terms of building business locally is the opportunity to nurture and develop relationships. “I am looking forward to helping individuals and families find the home of their dreams, and shaking hands with them.” He continued, “One of the things that attracted both me and Kristie to John L. Kristie earned her real estate license in 2012. She has developed a specialty as a buyer broker because she loves the hunt of helping clients find the perfect home. Kristie’s prior experience of working as an executive assistant for a construction company and being a stay-at-home mom have additionally equipped her with the organization skills, expectation-setting strategies, and patience that continue to serve her well in real estate.
