Get to Know Dave Pridgen

My Fayetteville New York office, with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, is located a few miles east of Syracuse, NY. Our office has incredibly easy access to all  of the Central New York area. I live and work in a beautiful area of the USA. We have so much to be grateful for here and I am very fortunate to made this area my home.

Our Real Estate is quite stable here. While we do see peaks and valleys in the market, they are largely based on volume of sales. Seldom do we see property values decrease. Anytime we see the national real estate crisis on the news, we feel a slow down in sales, but typically our values remain stable,

While I do have company awards and Greater Syracuse Board of Realtors recognitions that I cherish, I believe that the good people I work with every day are more interested in knowing that they can have a fun, pleasurable, and fruitful relationship with their Real Estate experience.

Certifications

The Syracuse and Central New York regions have proven to allow me to participate in the entire range of Real Estate markets here. I specialize in Real estate, not a Real Estate Niche. Working with all local markets gives me and my clients a more rewarding experience and a greater breadth of success.

I represent several builders as well, in the Central New York and Syracuse New York regions. The builders in this market are prolific and surviving well through the national Real Estate struggles. Sure we've had some builders struggle more than others, but over all we are seeing our volume increase and the builders are making great strides in continuing to bring us greater products and new developments.
